The best Pizza in the world

We made Pizza last week, it was the best Pizza in the world.
My class enjoyed it as well as me, It was a Hawaiian Pizza with heaps of pizza cheese.

To make the Pizza
In a bowl put

3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon caster sugar
7g dried active baking yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water (aprox 45 degrees c)

mix together then spread or pat out on a large oven tray or baking dish, top with your favourite toppings.

bake at 190 degrees c for 20 to 25 mins.
Eat and enjoy

My pet horse


for pet day we made a slid show of our pets. this is my one i hope you like it.

Pancakes

Hannah and I made Pancakes.

to make pancakes you need

Fry pan
Flour
Sugar
1 Egg
Milk
Veg Oil or Butter

toppings of your choice..  I had maple syrup

What to do.

In a bowl add
1 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg beaten
1 cup of milk
and 2 tablespoons of veg oil or melted butter

Mix until smooth.

Heat fry pan over a medium heat and grease the pan with butter.
Use a soap ladle and place a spoonful into your heated fry pan, once you see bubbles start to appear then flip the pancake.
repeat until all mixture is used.

top with your topping of choice and enjoy.

Cheese Scones

Last week I made Cheese Scones with Hannah

to make Cheese Scones you need

Flour
Siva
Baking powder
Cheese
Cheese Grater
Milk
measuring Cups
salt
greased oven tray

instructions

Step 1. In a large bowl place 3 cups of flour
step 2. add 3 teaspoons of baking powder
step 3. add a pinch of salt
step 4. add 2 cups of grated cheese
step 5. pour in milk and stir, add enough milk until all flour is wet and it is a gluggey stuck together mound of goodness. 
step 6. spoon heaped tablespoons of the sticky mix onto a greased oven tray and cook for 10 to 12 mins at 200 to 220 degrees

I took some into my class and I took one to Mrs Bates to try and everybody liked them.

Yesterday we made Pancakes, I will put the instructions up for them tomorrow
