cooking with Hannah
We made Honey comb.
we tried 3 batches to get it right,
to make the honey comb you need
Baking Tray
Saucepan
Sieve
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 Tbsp Baking soda
pinch of salt.
instructions
1. line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. pour honey, salt and sugar into a saucepan and heat on a medium to high heat stirring continuously
3. heat for three minutes or until the mixture terns an autumn brown colour
4. remove form the heat and add the baking powder stirring as it foams
5. quickly pour mixture onto the baking tray and leave to cool
6. break to enjoy😍
We had been reading the instructions wrong and didn't add enough baking soda the fist time we put in 1 teaspoon when it should of been Tablespoon.
so we added 2 teaspoons the next time again still not reading the instructions right
the 3rd time we added 3 teaspoons and it turned out extreme
I took some in to shear with my class and they all liked it.
Next we are going to make Cheese Scones.

Movie making
On Friday we started to make some short movies:
We were learning to compose different types of shots:
We were learning to follow a storyboard
We were learning to collaborate with our group work in different roles (editor camera person actor director)
We were successful in taking different camera shots. we did a worm's eye view shot.
The thing I found the most difficult was working in a group.
Next time I would like to work with just one other person.

things i do at school and at home
Hi my name is Ngatoki and Im going to talk to you about why I like school. What I like about school is that we can play outside. My favourite subject is maths, writing, playing on my Chromebook. And the thing I love about school is that I can hang out with my friends. I live up the hill in Mangonui.
Things that I do at home is playing on the PS4 and watching TV. I play outside and do my thing. When the cows are in the paddock that' s when I chase the cows but when the bull are in there I hop on the bulls the bulls don't care if you hop on them. But you will get hurt then you will be sad, but they know me. I'll talk to you later.
when i started my maths it was hard and i packed a sad then i just got on with it. the hard thing i found is doing it by myself but it got easy at the end it all worked out.
